Motivation for Fitness: Eric is currently completing his Bachelors in Exercise Science. He has eight plus years of personal training and group training experience. He has five plus years of coaching experience at the high school level in both baseball and wrestling. Workouts with Eric help to achieve personal goals through a mix of weight training, circuit training, stretching routines, and fun. As a trainer, Eric’s goals are to support you in your fitness endeavors and to work hard at helping you get to a happier healthier you.
Interests: Eric looks forward to any opportunity to be active. When it comes to fitness/sports he likes to be ready for anything. Maintaining a fit body is important and therefore he always tries to continue learning and experiencing as many new aspects to health as possible. Eric loves hiking with his wife and dog; it’s a great way to get exercise and enjoy nature. Often he will use yoga as a way to rebalance his mind and body, especially after stressful days. Eric really appreciates live music; it’s a great way to unwind. Whenever possible he likes to cook and host for friends and family. Some frequent fitness experiences included; boxing, kickball league, adventure ropes course, and golfing.
