Motivation for Fitness:

Adel is a highly educated, and experienced fitness professional. He earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Human Performance at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU). During his time at Central, Adel completed several internships working with in a variety of different settings. His internships included training clients in assisted living communities, outpatient orthopedic physical therapy centers, sports performance coaching, and large group exercise classes. While working with many clients from very diverse background, and physical function Adel grew to appreciate the human body’s remarkable ability to move, heal, and improve with proper guidance.

Adel’s goal is to help each of his clients optimize their physical function, health, and well-being through progressive training and conscious eating habits.


Adel is a proponent for a balanced training approach. He believes all types of physical training have merit in achieving ones goals. To further his coaching Adel has pursued extensively studied, and furthered his training in functional anatomy, barbell training, the teachings of Pilates and kettlebell movements. He is one of only three individuals to hold the Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) certification, in the state of CT. He uses all these methods and more to further the training of his clients.
