Motivation for Fitness
After a life in corporate America, I decided to make a career change. I had been working out on my own for 26 years , and training friends for fun. I realized that being a trainer was what I loved to do. It is very fulfilling to help others and this has also been a driving force for me to keep up with my own health.
Presently, I am putting my personal training skills to good use by helping the disabled be more independent.
