Motivation for Fitness:
Matt is a former competitive runner, swimmer and tennis player. You’ve probably seen him here at the gym working out. He follows a very rigorous program for himself, which has allowed him to be a dance teacher throughout CT and MA. He has also been a choreographer, so he understands what is needed to keep a body fit and strong. All of this helped him to decide to share his love of fitness with others.
Besides continuing to teach dance and do choreography, Matt is the house manager at Playhouse on Park and floor director at the Bushnell Center for Performing Arts.
